I'm from Moldova, I moved to the Netherlands when I was 19, I lived in a small city on the North of The Netherlands called Groningen. I've lived there for four years but I've been missing two things nice food & sun. This is the reason why I've decided to move to Barcelona instead, and I know I really need your help with Spanish!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking for someone who can help me improve my Spanish and understand the culture better. I've lived in Barcelona before, so I can understand and speak a little but I'd love to understand more and speak better. Ideally, you can be from Spain or a Spanish speaking country but if your Spanish is good enough to teach, I'm ready to give it a try. Are you? :)

Interests

I love languages , hearing people speaking in their own language and learning new words and phrases from native speakers is simply amazing! My biggest hobby is cooking, no matter where I am. The greatest thing about cooking is watching people eat and enjoy their food! It motivates me! I love sun & sea it always made me happy, this is the reason why I spent 6 months living in Barcelona and 6 more months in Las Palamas! I love to travel and explore and learning a new language is one of the key elements of getting to know the culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love various types of music Reggie, hip hop, jazz, old school r'n'b, soul, chill out. ( Faith Evans, Moby, Smoke City, Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys, Mos Def, Slow Train Soul etc. ) I start and end my day with nice music and always keep looking for new artists and beautiful sounds.

I watch lots of documentaries and movies based on real story.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My dog had nine Huskies puppies and that was truly the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I love languages hearing people speaking in their own language and learning new words and phrases from native speakers is simply amazing! I was a Russian tutor in my Uni and I am always open to teach people who want to learn more.
