My name's Angie. I'm originally from Tucumán, northern Argentina. I got a bachelor's on EFL teaching and I've been working in education for the past decade.

I won a Fulbright scholarship and currently, I am living in Troy, Upstate New York, where I am teaching Spanish. I will be here for a couple more months, and I am enjoying every minute of it.

I lived in Colombia for 3 years, where I worked in volunteering programs to improve the level of English in low-income areas. During my time there, I made a lot of friends from all over the world!

My favorite thing was hearing their stories from home, while sharing food and music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and making friends. I am extremely grateful for all the lovely people I met during my time abroad, and I think couch surfing is a great way to give back after having received so much love!
