My name is Maria. I'm from Odense, Denmark. Three years I started my backpacker journey in Zimbabwe, I met the most wonderful people and volunteered as an animal caretaker in antelope park which involved working with lions, horses, elephants and more. It was absolutely amazing and since then I have been addicted to exploring the world. Some of my now best friends I met trough the couch surfing community and I'm always keen to meet new people and create new friendships. I hope to share my love of life and traveling with whoever I will encounter on my travels.
