I'm an visual and performance artist working and living in Switzerland and South Africa.
I lived three years in Amsterdam. After graduating I moved back to Switzerland where I'm currently enrolled in a Master Programme focusing my practice on performance art.

I love to travel and was introduced to couchsurfing in 2009, while I was backpacking in the US.
Couchsurfing brings the unique opportunity to immerse oneself into the vibrant life of a place and meeting new people. It's a beautiful way to make friendships on the road, share food and stories with each other within a community of travelers. Couchsurfing in my experience makes the journey more interesting.
Hosting brings me the opportunity to have the world come to me and invade my day-to-day routine. I love to hear stories of people about their travels.

Traveling on a bluck carrier from Hamburg to Cape Town. Five weeks on a ship, looking at the sea everyday and never getting bored by it. Reading Anna Karenina in the cabin for hours, playing table tennis with the most vibrant English lady ever and enjoying the amazing tales of early Antarctic exploration by her husband while sitting on the stern watching the sunset. In the night diving into Youth by Joseph Conrad and in the morning getting up to the view of Table Mountain.
