Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While on a long-distance bicycle trip, I rediscovered my faith in humanity through Couchsurfing. Can't wait to meet you all!

Currently, I work as a nurse, but prior to that I was a paramedic for rather a long time.

I biked 1500 miles from Wisconsin to Maine on the bicycle that my best friend and soul mate left behind when he died.

Did you know that if you flatten the crease on the bottom of a McDonald's fries container, put one french fry inside, and then gently squeeze the sides so the bottom pops back into place, it ROCKET LAUNCHES THE FRY????

It's pretty fun, not gonna lie.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach CPR and first aid :-) In addition, I'm very low-maintenance, I don't drink or smoke when I travel, and I'm pretty laid back.
