ABOUT ME

I am an aspiring beekeeper, wine maker, and vegetable grower. I love being outdoors in beautiful Washington State from Cascade Mountains to the San Juan Islands. I am a poet, a baker of delicious sweet things, and a traveler. I like to dance Salsa and square dance!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend Cara and I brought our bikes to Mexico and rode to Guatemala. We couchsurfed in Mexico, Belize, and Guatemala. It was one of the best parts of traveling! I loved meeting local people, and they always knew of the best places to go! Now I would like to return the favor and offer up my couch to weary travelers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I bicycled in Central America.
I saw Iguazu Falls.
I lived/traveled for almost 2 years in Argentina and Chile.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can name a lot of the wildflowers that you will find in the Cascades. I am getting better at beekeeping and wine making. I am pretty good at growing vegetables, fruits, and flowers. I know a lot of awesome places to go hiking in the Cascades or kayaking in the San Juans.

I would like to learn more about wine and cider making. I would love to learn another language besides Spanish.
