I think that every person can change our amazingly impossible world. My ambition has always been to help people. Now I'm organising a centre for difficult teenagers in Moscow whose parents are drug-addicted, alcoholics or criminals. It is to open in February 2018 (streetemple.ru). But I don't want to help just locally - I wanna change the system - in 2017 I went to Africa and saw that the charity system doesn't work there properly.
I travel a lot and most times by my own. This summer I went to Italy and Spain where I was a volunteer and than I travelled to Africa, to Kenya, where I spent a month at a charity base on Victoria lake.
So you can see I'm adventurous and quite fearless:)
My best experience was staying in Ireland for a month 2 years in a row. I experienced the culture deeply and from that moment I started to seek every opportunity to find out the real culture, talk with natives, try cuisine, but not to visit just tourist attractions. I have never been on a package tour and I don't plan to do it:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love experiencing new culture! I study international relations and the reason why I chose this major in university was that I've always wanted to find an answer on the question: what is happening in the world? I wanna understand global processes. And the best way to get to know some country is talking with natives - they would tell you about culture, traditions, politics, modern situation, some funny and strange details of every day life:)
