Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot of music, watch a lot of tv shows more than movies, and used to read a lot of books.
My music taste is pretty varied but I enjoy anything other than metal. I love latin music, hip hop, anything I can dance to and also recently got into 80s and 90s music.
I don't really have any favorites when it comes to movies or tv shows but binge-watch a lot.
I love fantasy novels - huge potterhead, I also enjoy murder mystery novels and currently reading some self-help books.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think it is SO important for people to travel and/or meet people from different countries and cultures of the world. Before I moved to the USA, I didn't realize how small-minded I was. I ran a student organization called Internationals@Wayne State which really has been the best part of my experience here. I now have tons of friends all over the world and some of them being my closes and most favourite people ever! I have learnt so much from them, about different cultures, food and music. I had no idea how much I enjoyed Latin music and dancing or how EASY it is to make delicious French food like crepes (3 ingredients - that simple!).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love cooking and I can cook Indian food - not an expert but I am learning ! I also love putting henna (pretty ok at it), and plan on taking it while traveling in case my hosts are interested ! :)
