ABOUT ME

Have traveled extensively in the US and some in Europe, in the past. Now looking to get back out into the world. I'm a mother of 2 who Three years ago decided to show my daughter around the US and CA the summer for her 8th grade graduation present. Now my 2nd and last is graduating from 8th grade and it's his turn. We will be touring the southern US; Florida to Louisiana.

PHILOSOPHY

Simply put, I believe you reap what you sow and then some.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great! Couchsurfing reestablished my faith in mankind. I realize not all experiences can be perfect, or even good, but my summer road trip of 2012 was absolutely outstanding thanks to couchsurfers. It just wouldn't have been as good without couchsurfers. My daughter, friends and I got to interact with people from the areas we were traveling in. These couchsurfers shared little golden nuggets of information that made our trip extra special.

I enjoy a wide variety of music. I watched 100 movies 2 years ago to catch up on the previous ten years when my kids were the main focus and I didn't see any movies. I love to read. Last great books I read and really loved are the series about the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Neatest thing I've seen on a trip was in Canada - The Aurora Borealis.
