Hi there !
We are a 31 & 32 years old couple who lives in Montreal, Canada. We are both French: Florent is from the center of France and Mariame is a Parisian with Senegalese origins.
Like many of you we love to meet new people and exchange about cultures.
We both enjoy travelling very much but Mariame is kind of obsessed with it ;-)
This year we plan to visit a few countries in South East Asia, the Middle East and Oceania and we would love to connect with locals so we can have, both hosts and guests, an unforgettable experience

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

We just bought an apartment and as much as we love having a spare room, we can't help but think that travelers may need it.
We know how traveling can be expensive so this is our way of helping others save money and enjoying a new place even more.
Also, we hope that some hosts will do the same for us some day :-)

Interessen

As you now know Mariame is obsessed with travelling, she actually feels sick when she doesn't, literally... She also enjoys cooking and has a true passion for India. She likes photography, dancing and reading. Also, going to the movies is one of her favorite thing to do. Mariame is in love with our world and all the differents cultures it has. She's all about learning it all.

Florent is the kindest man you'll ever met (wife speaking)
He loves Architecture, Geography and History. He enjoys sports too, rugby and football (soccer) are its favorites. But Florent has a problem: He's a Google Maps addict: He can spend hours and hours surfing the globe with the little orange guy !
He can tell you to turn left or right at the next corner even though he has never been to the d*mn place ! Genius ! (wife speaking again)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Our favorite memory is riding and bathing with an elephant in Thailand....Amaaaaazing !
Also, taking an helicopter tour above Manhattan was quite something too !

We hope that with hosting/couchsurfing we will teach and learn a lot to/from other people.
Discover new places, cooking together, watching movies, sharing stories/adventures/laughes...
