One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
every year I go to a vipassana meditation course for 10 days
where I meditate for 10 hours each day and everybody makes a silence vow for 9 days
I have been doing this for 4 years so far
I always make these trips solo and I'm so grateful that I had met beautiful souls along this journey
