When I was travelling with ten friends throughout Cambodia, we decided to make a volunteer work in an extremely poor floating village. We bought food, clothes and toys, crossed the river and visited a school. We could spend a hole day playing with Cambodian children and it was the most enriching and emotional experience of this trip.
