Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm heading to Canada in August and I'd like to try a new experience staying with locals and sharing their traditions. I think locals have a better knowledge of the city and maybe even some more interesting and hidden spots a turist must visit. This will be a hockey-oriented trip, so I'd like to know and visit every single rink, stadium, hockey shops and places where I can train and play. I'm always open to suggestions.
