Hi! I'm Mariana, 27 years old, student of Social Communication and an artisan. I'm a bit shy but I love to meet new people and make friends, share differents experiences and ways to see the world. I like learning foreings languages, so I think Couchsurfing can be a great opportunity to improve it!
I love my city, province and country, as I love to know other countries too. I dream to travel and discover many places in the world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best way to travel is to know the people who lives there. Travel is not about visiting the principal monuments, but to walks the streets, share with people, listen, taste and see

My experience:
I've participated in a language groupe "Portugues e cafezinho" in Cordoba city, where I had the oportunity to meet lot of visitors, mostly from Brazil. We shared life stories, I learn a lot about travel and of course I improve my portugues. Also I met great people, wich I try to mantein contact.
I participate in "SharedTalk", where I can talk with many people from all around the world. I met three guys in person thanks to that page: two from USA and one from France. Great experiences as well. I show them the city and share some "mates" and bears :)

Recently I travel to Europe and had the opportunity to meet new people from differents places and it was great. It feels so good to share this moments when you are traveling alone!

Interests

I like to listen to music and radio all day (it's my company while I work! oh, and audio books too!). Love to go to music shows, it's so funny and energic. Don't like much to dance and go to clubs, I prefere more quiet places, a nice bar with good music is fine.
I follow many tv series and try to reserve some moments to watch movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Crossing the "Cordillera de los Andes" with snow around, after two days waiting till the pass was open. That view was magnificent!
