About Me
CURRENT MISSION
After an exchange period abroad, I realized I want to discover as many places, people and cultures as possible. Nowadays I am living with my family in Novo Hamburgo (south of Brazil), but always seeking new lifestyles and opportunities to visit a new place and meeting new people.
ABOUT ME
Brazilian, wanderluster, curious, designer. I was always fascinated by different cultures and always dreamed about studying abroad. I had the chance in 2014, and I grabbed it! I lived in Finland for 5 months, and it was one of the best experiences I ever had. Back home, I discovered I was missing that feeling of learning new stuff from people coming from different cultures, so I started tutoring exchange students at university. That gave me friends from Mexico, Chile, Russia, Finland, Czech Republic and Colombia, so far.
Nah, I don't live in Rio. Nah, I don't care about football. Nah, I don't know how to dance samba properly (but we can always try - mainly after some beers).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
On the last month of my exchange in Finland, I had a kind of backpack trip around Europe. My friend and me were hosted by awesome and (in those days) unknown people, and all of them were really polite and friendly with us. I haven't had the chance to host anyone yet, but I assume it might be a rewarding experience.
Interests
New cultures! The differences and peculiarities of each of them really make me amazed. I also appreciate to learn local recipes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As I said, the experience of being a tutor in an exchange program sponsored by my home university was just great for me, I learnt a lot from that. Together with other tutors, I took exchange students to travel around Brazil, introduced them to the best places and parties and so on. I also hosted two of them for some weeks when needed. Have visited two of them in their home countries so far.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can help people to improve their Portuguese skills and also cook some Brazilian desserts :)))
