Overview
About Me
Fresh out of college (Communications major) and ready to embark on my first actual solo trip.
I've worked as an art director in an advertising agency before. I also have experience managing social networks and creating all sorts of design products. As you can imagine, I'm very interested in that area and love to discuss campaigns and art in general.
If you ask my mom she'll tell you I'm the best person ever and my mom is great so you should trust her advice. I'm also pretty open-minded, talkative and love to crack jokes. They're mostly bad. I'm sorry for those in advance.
I'm looking for new experiences and perspectives. I love sharing stories, learning, observing, discovering and slow walks on the beach. I want to make friends all across the world and hopefully you'll be one of them!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been an exchange student before, so I got the taste of living with a native family, learning from their culture and teaching them a bit of my own - and I loved it! It really ads a new dimension to your trip, because you're not having a shallow touristic experience, but really seeing places through the eyes of the locals, the good and bad things.
Interests
Reading, music, drawing, crafts, all things Internet, comedy tv series, horror stories, walking or biking, taking not-very-great pictures, art and museums.

Music, Movies, and Books
There's lots of mystery/scary books and historical novels in my ebook.
I love hip-hop music, especially Kendrick Lamar, Childish Gambino, Chance the Rapper and Skizzy Mars. But I'll dance (badly) to any beat.
Studio Ghibli is one of my favorite things in the world. Hayao Miyazaki is a genius and I'm always impressed by his art.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I left my house, family and friends to move to the US for six months, to study in an traditional american high school, without knowing the language, my host family and never being outside Brazil before. I was 15. That was pretty amazing, especially considering that I didn't break down crying and begging to come back after the first three weeks.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to practice my Spanish and get a grasp of some other languages. Other than that, I just want to have fun, inspire and be inspired.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Great brazilian receipes, funny stories and Portuguese/English practice.
Countries I’ve Visited
Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, Spain
