ABOUT ME

I´m fascinated about life, spirituality, travelling and opening my mind and my comfort zone :)
Have three main areas of work and interest:
- Music: I play and teach the violin
- Yoga: I'm a Yoga instructor and I'm teaching it in Firenze
- Empower Network: a wonderful way for earning money via internet and to start to materialize your dreams.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS experience was in Prague for 2 days and then I surfed in Krakow and Budapest for more 5 days! :) I hope this journey will continue!

兴趣

Music is my first passion: from Classical to Jazz and also Soul. Then comes the Spiritual side like Yoga. The third is to dance Forró and Salsa. I just love it! And of course travelling!

Books: "Eat, pray and Love" from Elizabert Gilbert helped me changing my life. I recommend it to everyone. Herman Hesse, Osho, Doreen Virtue, Tereza Guerra, Isabel Leal, Lee Carroll.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Some years ago I did an orchestra Tournee around Italy and in the last days we played in an island called Ischia, very exotic by the way. We played in the top of a famous garden where we could see the whole island. It was just amazing!
