ABOUT ME

Writing about myself so that strangers (or anyone for that matter) can read it has always been hard for me. I learned that once the online social network craze hit and I wasn't able to complete my facebook profile, either. But, in a nutshell, I grew up in a small town in eastern Washington. I always loved school, reading, and soccer. Now, I like to travel and figure out what to do 'when I grow up'.

PHILOSOPHY

Personal philosophy: It doesn't cost anything to be nice. (One of my aunts drilled that into my head when I was little. As I've grown I see that it is very true!)
Why do I live my life: I guess because someone's got to do it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love health and healthcare (hence the being a nurse). I love to learn about how people keep themselves healthy, and about attitudes and cultural norms toward health, life, and death in other countries. I can share with you what I have learned (so far) as a nurse!
