My name is Mariana Tique, I'm 21 years old. I study law at National University of Colombia, and I love to travel and meeting new people!

I'm pretty interested in other cultures and I'd love to learn other languages. I love to read, to cook and to learn a lot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and travelling. A friend introduced me to Couchsurfing, and I find it pretty interesting, I'm pretty sure it is an awesome way to get to know other countries, and people all around the world.

I'm interested in romantic and historic movies, too. Some horror movies are pretty good as well, but I hate action movies. I love The beauty and the beast!

I love to read! I love dystopian fiction books, such as Brave New World.

I love to listen to music as well! Indie rock is the best!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a catechesis teacher at my local church. I feel passionate about teaching to kids, and I'm willing to give the best of me for every person who needs it.

I'm good at learning. I'd love to speak italian and french. I like to learn about other cultures and from other countries.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am willing to share all of what I have learned here in my country! I love to cook, and traditional dishes in Colombia are really really good!

Bogotá is full of museums and historic places that I love to visit, and there's a lot of pubs with interesting people, I'd be glad to take hosts wherever they want and need to.
