About Me

I'm an architect, currently studying in Rome. l come from a small city in South America near the triple border (Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina), I love traveling, getting to know people from different places.

I love art, books, movies. I'm sort of a mild treehugger, easygoing, not so talkative (in theory) but a pretty decent listener most days.

You'll probably think I'm too serious on a first impression but do not be fooled. I have a strong sense of humor and am not afraid to crack bad jokes. ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Alternative rock, indie, folk, classic music, jazz, pop, guess you could say I'm pretty random.

Movies? Hm, almost everything studio Ghibli makes. Delicatessen, Le scaphandre et le papillon, Intouchables, Nightmare before Christmas, Max and Mary, Lost in translation, La prima cosa bella, Breakfast at Tifanny's, Gone with the wind, La meglio gioventu, Nuovo Cinema Paradiso, Il Postino, The magic of belle isle, Stranger than fiction, Before sunset. Now you get the idea?

I love the classics! Russian authors, some British, some latinoamerican authors. Dostoyevsky, Tolstoi, Turgenev, Chesterton, Dickens, C. S. Lewis, Kafka. Then Sabato, Onetti, Puig, Cortazar, Maral, Piglia. Lately I've been reading short stories by Sherwood Anderson and want to dive into Pynchon . My list is quite long, makes me freak out a bit 'cause there's so much good stuff to read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Being a summer camp monitor for a kids camp during summer @ Nans Les Pins, France + watching the sun rise from the Ste. Baume.
- Cycling the Death Road (Yungas road).
- Climbimg the Huayna Picchu.
