About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel and Discover, it's time to hit the road Jack!

ABOUT ME

I am an open and energetic person. I like photography and long walks, and I talk a lot too!
I grew up in Brittany, France, where I stayed until the end of my translation degree in 2009. I moved to Ireland as an Erasmus exchange Student and liked it so much I decided to stay! After 6 years, I took off again, as I changed career path to work in humanitarian action. I have since lived in Belgium, Spain and Mali, and hope to explore many more countries.

PHILOSOPHY

Love yourself for who you are. If you don't love yourself as you are, change.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now I am planning to travel around Europe and South America, but once I settle back somewhere, I would like to host people too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During my college years my housemates and I hosted many couch surfers. Some just passed by, while some became good adventure friends! After that, my boyfriend and I have traveled a little around Europe staying with a few surfers.

Interests

Photography, Roller Derby, Board Games, Reading, Horse-Riding, Cooking, Writing. Eating and sleeping is nice too.

Music, Movies, and Books

A bit of everything in terms of music, rock, pop-rock, indie, electro, folk, world music.
As for books, some of my favourite authors would be Ray Bradbudy, Haruki Murakami, G.R.R Martin, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Kurt Vonnegut.
And as for films etc., I'm definitely more a series / documentaries kind of girl (Game of Thrones, Orange is the New Black, Walking Dead, Cosmos, Louis Theroux, Narcos...)!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I touched a crocodile in Burkina Faso.
