About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoying equally simple things and great adventures.

ABOUT ME

30ish-French living in QC for many years now.
I travel to change perspectives for a while, meet new people, explore local music & food.
Not good at planning, would rather sit in a cafe or get lost in town by walking randomly.
I tend to think that I'm curious, open-minded with a decent sense of humor.
I work on multiple projects I have a hard time keeping track of (or finishing!). I write some poetry. I'm getting more and more into outdoor and intense sports. I'd love to hear what you're passionate about, especially if it's something I've never heard of.

PHILOSOPHY

If I may, I'll borrow from Rumi:
"Do you think I know what I'm doing?
That for one breath or half-breath I belong to myself?
As much as a pen knows what it's writing
or the ball can guess where it's going next."

Interests

Landscapes, nights in nature, music, writing, traveling, discovering!

I put some of my photos here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/ladymaryann/

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Solo backpacking in South America - neither the first nor the last, but damn that was an amazing experience.
10 day Vipassana course.
Quitting my office job (maybe not the smartest move but somewhat necessary).

Teach, Learn, Share

I know I'm on this planet to learn. Anything. And I am deeply grateful to actually be able to do so.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Love and crepes! (can you think of a better combo?)
