About Me

I'm a passionate, curious and friendly person who always invests herself a hundred percent in what she believes in. Although one could call me a dreamer, I'm not afraid to pursue my ambitions with relentless energy, and I'm also always eager to discuss pretty much anything. :)

I think life is beautiful. My greatest aspiration is to see and appreciate the wonders it offers, and to make the most out of what I have, so that every day is filled with fireworks and laughter.

Interests

I love books and archery. Movies, TV shows and music are also absolutely essential to my life. I'm super interested in languages and cultures, especially the German and Scandinavian.

Other than that, I'm a massive lover of cats, chocolate, matcha lattés, sunny spring days, and a thousand other things. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

BOOKS: I like fantasy novels, legends and poetry the most. My favourite author (whose legendarium is actually quite an obsession) is J.R.R. Tolkien. I also love Harry Potter and A Song of Ice and Fire, as well as many more writings I can't possibly all enumerate.

MOVIES/TV: My favourites include the Lord of the Rings trilogy (of course), Harry Potter, SKAM, Bron/Broen, James Cameron's AVATAR, Let the Right One In, Game of Thrones and NBC Hannibal.

MUSIC: My music taste has become quite varied over time, and I'm open to basically everything. At the moment I mostly prefer soundtracks and instrumental music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left North America and took the plane for the first time when I was seventeen. I was going on my own on a ten-month exchange program to Germany.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think I'm not bad at writing (especially poetry), and I also have a gift for learning languages. I could teach you some basics of Quenya, an Elvish language, or of Na'vi, the language spoken by the Na'vi people in the movie AVATAR. :)
