My name is Mariano, but some of my friends call me Manta. I'm a Mega-Mix(ethnicities) but I'm mostly: Peruvian, Irish, Native American, Greek, Cuban, and Scandinavian. I'm fascinated with learning languages and every aspect of other cultures. Condensing everything about myself: Yoga instructor, Capoeirista, Musician, Martial Artist, Aspiring Polyglot, Wanderer.

I have been traveling for about two years (and one more year left to go). My main purpose is to learn what I can from each country/city. I am currently searching for a new place to live, whether outside of US or elsewhere in US. A few key aspects and essentials of a place are: climate, acceptability, economy, safety, education, and other opportunities.

To condense all of my interests in a few words: I have been teaching Yoga for five years, so I'm a Yogi of sorts... I train five martial arts: Capoeira, baguazhang, tai chi, xingyi Quan, and Kung Fu. I'm a musician: piano, violin, ukulele, Latin percussion. And I went to school for foriegn languages, so I've studied many languages...

Algo increíble que he hecho

Amoung all I've done so far, Swimming with Manta Rays and completing my advanced yoga teacher training have been two of the most magical moments of last year.
This year, completing my Aunt's last wishes for my siblings and I to go to Machu Picchu. Truly magical.
