About Me

The last year I finish high school, but I wasn't ready to start university this year and neither I knew what to study. So I decided to take a year and take some time to think about that. Now I'm in Denmark, doing one year in a Højskole and discovering new places, people and cultures. I love to read, bake and watch series or movies. I like to learn new things, go to museums, walk in the city, painting and drawing (but I'm no so good in that). This semester in Denmark I found I love nature, so I like to do long walks in the forest and just enjoy the view. I love to listen to music and dance (well, no in a professional way). I would describe me like creative, explorer and curious person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This year I had the opportunity to meet people from al lot of countries and experience new things from their cultures. Because of that, I think the best way to know a country or city is by the locals to learn the daily life, how they live, what they think and do in their lives. So Couchsurfing is the best way to experience on first hand the country and to meet people from around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read historical fiction novels and fantasy novels. I'm starting to read more about greek and nordic mythologic. I love to watch movies of all genres, but no terror. I like more history movies or science fiction. I like to listen to new music and other languages, but my favourites genres are between pop and Latin music.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I love to learn different things and could be many different things. I learnt how to make willow basketry (a thing that I'm very proud), I learnt how to print in textiles, I'm learning how to cook (so it will be very interesting to learn typical dishes from different countries) and also we could do a Colombian dish.

I love art and how you can express a lot of things one image and a lot of different ways. I'm not an artist, I have more a curiosity to understand that world. So it will so nice to learn different types of art and in other cultures.

I don't feel that I know a lot of things about my country, but if you have a question and I know I will love to talk about that. Cause I think the best way to know more about my country is with people that are from other parts, cause maybe something that I thought it was normal is impressive for others.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to walk, eat street food and dance. So if you had time for that I will love to do it together or if you have others plans that I can fit too, I will love to do it.
We can have a lot of good conversations and questions. I can share some information about Colombia and my life there.
