About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore the world, learn as much as I can, and.. make the most of my life :)

ABOUT ME

I am a friendly and lively person :) I like to meet new people and hear about their lives.

So.. what am I doing now?
After graduating in Scotland (BSc Biomedical Sciences), I decided to take a turn in my life and make one of my dreams come true: I now live in Germany, doing an apprenticeship in agriculture (landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung).

I'm a bit of an eclectic person: I like to travel, hike, read, play music, and have a nice chat :)
I am a slow traveler, meaning that I like to spend enough time in a place until I get to know the locals.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to make the most from life, even from negative experiences.
I like to stay full of energy and positive. It helps!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Although I've been a member for a couple of years, I've only started to use CS recently. Been hosted a few times (great hosts!) and I hosted a few people in Scotland. I also love to meet other CSs around the world :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new at couchsurfing. I've heard about it from friends (and relatives) who've already experienced it, and I like its idea. I like meeting new people, but also save some money when I travel (who doesn't?)

Interests

• Sports (swimming, cycling, hiking)
• Music (any kind, also I play piano, flute, sax, and guitar at different levels)
• Culture (sciences, history, books)
• Cooking: best way to share your culture ;)

• Movies: The Last Samurai, Chocolat (yes, I love chocolate), Inglorious Bastards, Into The Wild, Sister Act, Captain Fantastic, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I know this might sound a bit naïve, but how about spreading love everywhere? Love is the best gift you can give to someone :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I've done a few walks and cycles around Europe (A few walks around beautiful Scotland, cycling along the Danube, the Camino de Santiago, the Westweg in Schwarzwald - Germany, and cycling back to Milan from Scotland). I am very keen to share these experiences with you and to learn more from other people!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love cooking for people. I really do. Ask me for an Italian dish or something more 'exotic' and I'll do my best to make you happy. I am currently plant-based so I can cook you a vegan dish too!

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Czech Republic, Egypt, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland
