About Me

CURRENT MISSION

(Revendico absolutamente el derecho al vagabundeo, a la ventura, a la utopia y al romanticismo...) Remeber absolutely the right of wandering, adventure, utopia and romanticism...!

ABOUT ME

Anyway, I love talking, you have only to give me the time to "adapt" myself to ...
I'm quite moody, sometimes completely tired and sometimes full of energy, but always want to do many many activities.
I'm a Nurse actually, but, while i'm looking for a good job (doing a lot of interviews through Italy, and sending a lot of application forms to several NGO and associations), i'm attending a first level Master of Migration's Medicine in Rome for two years.
I lived in Padova, and recently i moved to Rome.
I'm still full of ideas and looking for each opportunity the place will offer to me...
Always keep on searching, yes ;)
In my spare time i love dancing folk dances of south Italy and following live concerts, conferences, theatre plays, breathing what each place could give you, each kind of cultural activity...
I love, (no, actually more than love) riding my bike, cooking, going out, travelling...(meeting, enjoying...:), etc...

I attended a course of theatre, an experience i'd like to start again soon.
I worked at "Migrantes" a no-profit organization, for the civil service programme. And during this last year i've been running somewhere (to India, to a clinic for migrants in Rome and in Bari at the Asylum seekers centre) to write my thesys in transcultural nursing, my dream!!!
Now i'm involved in the development of a healt clinic for homeless and migrants in Bari, the project of my life...That will be not only a clinic but a place to build a real integration...
Maybe one day i'll go back to my dear Napoli to complete my second degree in political sciences! (i hope...)

Sometimes i feel like a spinning top but i like it so much...don't want to stop! NEVER!

i LOVE meeting new people, i believe in the idea that we improve ourselves if we know others, learning from them, listening to their histories...

CURIOSITY IS MY BEST FAULT!

I need to sorround myself with people that give me a lot of new inputs, cause i love learning everything: i hope to study for all my life and leave in each one that i meet a part of me, while i'm taking from him a treasured memory...
I'LL GET, LIKE THIS, A GREAT SENSE OF SATISFACTION!

i adore surprises and unforeseen events!

my plane is not to have one, living day by day...

maybe i'm an irresponsive person, maybe i'm too impulsive, often i can't control my contrariness, but i try to say always the truth, principally because of my bad, bad memory...so it happens you often see me writing in my notebook, on post-it, or everywhere (on the glass, on the mirror, on my hand...)...

...to be continued...

PHILOSOPHY

"THINK GLOBALLY ACT LOCALLY"!

yes i know, that's one of no global's slogan...but i really believe in these simple words... I decided to study Nursing and Politics just to have a job that could give me the chance of travelling and being active in humanitarian field...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm quite open-minded to show you my city and the most important places near here. I love talking and meeting new people from other countries and "teach" them something about Bari's traditions, environmental history, food, music and art! I'm not often free to host you, but i'll be happy to help you and go out together!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I TRUST STRONGLY IN CS, AND I'M SURE I WILL ALWAYS "PRACTISE" IT... I HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES SINCE FOR THE FIRST TIME I HAD MY "COFFEE AND DRINK" AND SURFED A COUCH!

Thanks to the Nantes Ambassador Eric, listen to "COUCHSURFER" by BRAN VAN 3000 *****

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

the west Bengali's Joungle...

I've spent 3 days in a school without light and water, taking part to lessons, living with indian people, cooking with them on floor, dancing their folk traditional dances, travelling on the jip's roof and on a boat made of bamboo, chatting in the night between an oil lamp and a perfect tablas' player, walking through villages and talking only with hands, smiles or eyes...
