À propos de moi

CURRENT MISSION

As more journey you makes, as more you change your mind.Doesn`t matter where you go, important is to accept the other peoples opinions,to be open mind, and to listen they arguments. It is never to late to mend!

ABOUT ME

Languages are very fascinating to me. I love culture and other peoples of different countries. Most important for me is to be together with people of a similar mind.

English is really the easiest language to speak badly ;)
And because I'm still learning, I can't explain everything in English, but that doesn't stop me from trying.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't part with your illusions. When they are gone you may still exist, but you have ceased to live. - Mark Twain

"Every one is a moon, and has a dark side which he never shows to anybody." - Mark Twain

In other words: If you want to know more about what I think about life, I would love to tell you in person when I know you better.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to have the ability to create a positive atmosphere for my guests.

When I travel I would share my experiences about it independent if they are positive or negative. I hate lies and I am very happy when people are open and honest to me.

Impressions of Ireland
( August 2011 and Oktober 2012)
I must confess, I love Ireland and the kindly people there.

Ireland is most amazing when you may least expect it. Imagine your delight. When you are there, you are invited to dream!

Ireland is very picturesque. Ireland is called" The green Island" and lives up to that name. What you can see, are landscapes in original pristine. The rocks are almost gruff, varied, abundantly covered with wonderful wilde plants.
Don`t miss : Cork,Cobh, Spike Island, Fota, Ring of Cerry.
The Irish people are very kind, calm, tolerant, very patient, open and it is easy to get in contact, and people want to help if you have a problem.
I was accepted with a lot of warmheartedness, openness and love, as if I belonged there.
The Irish people have a good sense of humor and that appears to be gentle, profound and subtle. Actually it is none of these!
It is cynical, bitter, deeply sarcastic and venomous and is generally a reaction to daily life.
By the way, the Irish people have a relaxed relationship to rules. " Rules are something that the English man introduced."
Ireland is officialy bilingual, a fact which is reflected in the road-signs. To a foreigner like me,the language is very confusing and the spelling gives very little help on how words are pronounced. Anyway, I got some wonderful impressions that I will never forget.

What I can say is:
"Each morning my heart rises with the late summer sun.
Each evening it sinks, but if I go to the window, and there`s a good moon shining, I close my eyes, and I imagine I can just make out a silver of sea. And that`s where Germany ends and my Ireland begins."

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Psycho-Thrillers are my favorite movies, but comedies are also great. I would write down some titles but most movies in Germany have translated names with no relationship to the English title. :(

I love to read books but ONLY the classics:
Alexandre Dumas, Tolstoy
Poetry as well: Baudelaire, Puschkin

Classical Music - My favorite composers are Verdi Pucini and Wagner.

I have been known to listen to R&B and HipHop, but no worry, I only listen to it on my mp3 player.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

To give birth to two children. How much more amazing can life get?

New York took my breath away. Amazing! But for Ireland I fall in love.
If you visit Ireland, You are invited to dream, to believe again in the magic and wonder.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I love to cook for people. Every week I try to cook a foreign dish. Sometimes successfully, sometimes not so successfully. Mexican, Italian, Asian, Hungarian, German, EVERYTHING! For those who don't like food, we can find something else to not get bored the time that you spend here at me.
