Overview
About Me
I've decided to take a year off University after finishing my degree in History and Literature to discover Central America.
I started in Nicaragua as a tutor in a school for 2 months, then I worked at a hostel's bar in Guatemala, as well as with a Guatemalan organization, teaching English.
I've now been in Mexico for over two months and I love it.
It's been a great experience so far and I thought couch surfing could make it even better.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love the backpacker lifestyle, moving from one place to the other, being around a lot of new people everyday but I also sometimes miss the atmosphere of a home, which couch surfing could enable me to find on the road. I love being introduced to someone's own home and lifestyle, and I think it would be a good way to have a good introduction on a country and its culture.
Interests
Traveling, backpacking, reading, live music, nature, wildlife watching, learning about new cultures, drinking beer and watching the sun rise/set, trying out new food...

Music, Movies, and Books
I love folk and rock music. Although reggaeton is growing on me after 2 months in Central America.
My favorite book remains Harry Potter but one book I would recommend to everyone would be Nothing new on the western front.
