About Me
I like simple things that make the world beautiful.
I have always believed that our purpose in life was to be happy. It is our mission on Earth. Our track to leave . Whenever I do something , I wonder if this will contribute to the happiness of others and to my own happiness. I try to work on my thoughts so they are always positive , and thus closer to the ultimate goal of life: seek to become a better human every single day.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe Couchsurfing is the best way to help other backpackers on the road and also to meet local people. Share bits of life with strangers is a beautiful things, and I think that's the way to travel which make us learning the most about life and about different ways to live.
I think Couchsurfing or wwofing get you deeper in the experience and give you the opportunity to meet the greatest locals there is.
I didn't have the chance yet to host people because I was living in my family house with my parents, so it was complicated...but for sure when I will be back, I want to give back with all the love that I received!!!!
Interests
I always want to learn something from everything. That's why I'm always open-minded to try new things and to discover what is unknown to me. Learning opportunities are endless , which is why I want to take every opportunity to learn more.
I like to travel for sure , but I like the kind of simple trip into contact with local people, culture, and being surrounded by nature and being in harmony with it.
Besides, I like sports, especially outdoors: hiking, camping, kayaking, snowshoeing, climbing, who also give me this amazing feeling, in addition to yoga and meditation , which allows me to listen to myself and my body.
Nature and the environment have always fascinated me , as much as they concern me. In everyday life, I try to do my part as a citizen by my daily actions: taking public bus or my bike , making compost and recycling , reducing my waste , making my own natural products , recycling articles to create new ones, eating organic and fair as possible . It's important to me. This is important for the Earth who is actually my house.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Xavier Rudd, Kim Churchill, Bob Dylan, Artic Monkeys, Cat Stevens, Simon & Garfunkel, Half Moon Run, Canailles, Eddie Vedder, The Barr Brothers, Alt-J, and the list goes on. I also have a crush for our Quebec music groups , which are unfortunately not enough known for their wonderful talent.
Books: I love the books of the Dalai Lama, in which I always learn something important to become a better human . I also like books that offer a deep reflexion about life and humans, one of my favourite is "6th extinction" which talks about all the extinctions of especies which humans are responsibles of...sad but true. And that's a very important value for me: facing the real problems and that we are all concerned.
