ABOUT ME

I am a monk/nun type person. I get up early in the morning to do my Bhakti Yoga practice, I share kirtan with others and like to discuss philosophy. I have traveled the world a few times around. During my active life I facilitated personal development course in 4 continents. I am now in a transition phase of my life after some health crisis in 2021, wanting to live a missionary life of giving service to others.

I am vegetarian and a great cook using natures bounty. I like spending time in nature's sanctuary. I know about natural healing of the body mind and soul. I am eager to be of service to the world.

I love quiet time reading.

Coach surfing means supporting a life that is not about business and rather about connection and humanity. I endeavor to hold space for all interaction to be meaningful and on purpose for the benefit of all involved.

I love both being secluded for contemplation prayers and meditation and being in the world and interact and enlightening each other by focusing on what is important and meaningful.

Playing harmonium or drum is a great way for me to do both. I also love cooking for others and supporting people to live a non-violent way.

Traveled the world for many years, I am a monk for 35 years, missionary in Thailand, Japan, India, crossed the Atlantic Ocean on a small catamaran, do mantra meditation for 2 hours daily for the last 35 years

Until 2021 I was fully absorbed in being a Transformative Coach and Transformative Communication Facilitator, I love supporting other's growth and self-realization. Now I am transitioning into being in the world and being an instrument to refocus people toward the purpose of human life by learning to ask ourselves, and not be scared of questions like: who am I? what is the purpose of my life? why am I suffering so much? what is there suffering all around me? etc.

Life :-), philosophy, knowledge of natural healing, eastern philosophy, bhakti yoga, kirtan, cooking, my "joy de vivre" I usually create a relax peaceful introspective environment around me.
