Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on CF because when I'm travelling it means a lot to me not just to be in another country, but also to meet the people the culture and the language! My best travels have been the ones where I was welcomed into a local friend or strangers home. I want to travel more like that, and I believe that Cf is full of a special kind of nice, open-minded and interesting people I just can't wait to meet

I'm really interested in all art and art history I also paint and draw myself, not to be an artist bust just because I really enjoy it. Furthermore I love to hike and to be outside in beautiful nature!

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now I just discovered the nu-folk music such as Laura Marling and Johnny Flynn. But artists and bands such as Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd and Ella Fitzgerald are very close to my heart. Actually I think I just like music in generals.
My all time favorite movie must be 'Into the Wild' a movie that never stops fascinating me!
When it comes to books I really like the classics, such as: "1984", "The Great Gatsby", "The Catcher in the Rye" and I just can't stop reading Hemingway

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting an authentic cave in northern Thailand, it was beautiful, very deep and dark. It doesn't sound like much but it was a rather out of normal and slightly scary experience

I can teach you to paint with watercolour or speak Danish (Which should be pretty damn hard to learn) :)
