Overview
About Me
I'm 20 years old, currently studying (I'm doing a preparatory class to the Grandes Ecoles -french business schools-, it is quite particular to the french system). I'm open-minded and I'm always thirsty for learning new things. I know it is a little description but you'll discover more when we come haha !! I used to play soccer (before I began my studies), so we could exchange some passes or watch some football game around a beer. I'm the one who wears glasses on the picture..... !! ;-)
Manon : hello! I'm Manon, 19, living in Elsass (in France, next to the border with Germany). I study with the two funny ladies you've got an introducing here. I'm keen on travelling, I have traveled a lot and I expect to discover most courties as I can in a life time. I'm also playing the guitar, so if you have one I could try to do something (but there is no guarantee I'll succeed..). I can't wait to meet you, I like talking with unknown
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Marie : I would like to discover a place with a local, it is the most interesting part in a trip.
I'm excited to experience a new way of travelling. I can't wait to meet new people and share -I hope so- great moments with them.
And I will offer them the return if they want to visit France.
Manon : I have been traveling with my parents for a while and now I would like to discover the world by myself by meeting people, experiencing very authetic things with them. Couchsurfing doesn't only enable people to travel for virtually nothing but it also allows us to feel alive as human being, while sharing with each others.
Célestine : I am on couchsurfing because I travel especially To meet people, discover a new culture and open my mind. Couchsurfing is one kind of brilliant ways bases on people trusting each other and I m sure I will have fun and get unforgettable memories.

Marie : soccer, learning, watching series, spending time with my family and friends (this is so important to me) and, when I have the opportunity, meeting new people, visiting new places and having new experiences.

Manon : I really enjoy movies , my favorite director is Woody Allen, Ifind his charachters very interesting and appreciate his way of thinkng. And most of the time the different sets of the movies are just beautiful.
I have been reading a lot when I was in high school and before but now I read only for College which is not always a pleasure.
I listen to many kind of music from Brel, Edith Piaf to Sting, the Pogues or even alt j, kid cudi (except metal, hard roock and house music.)
Celestine :
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Marie : nothing enough amazing for the moment.... I have a whole life ahead to make amazing things I hope
Manon : Well, I don't really know if this can be called amazing but I have made the tour of Ireland by hitchhiking with a friend during the summer 2015.
Celestine :
Teach, Learn, Share
Marie :
Teach : bad words in French hehehe
Learn : your country, your culture, your food
Share : a pleasant, funny and enriching moment
Manon : I can share everything of my travel experiences. And also everything about the french culture, at least everything I'm good at (don't ask me to cook french meals I'm a terrible cooker).
If you'd like to come to France I can tell you the most beautiful parts of it and what you should absolutely do (I have traveled a lot in every part of France)
What I expect poeple to teach me is few useful words of their language! I think this is amazing to know how to make even small talk in for exemple Russian or Chinese or African languages.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We can definitevely share our joie de vivre and, of course, exchange some french words. We would be delighted to talk about everything and nothing with you, to (maybe) visit some places with you, to hang out -if you want to-, to share a bit of our lives actually. We are agreable, polite and respectful hosts and...... We would be delighted to cook you something french (well Marie and Célestine would be happy to cook something because you definitely don't want to taste Manon's food..)
