About Me
"It's a good day to have a good day"
I love to travel around and experience new ways of living/ hanging out, to discover new cultures and meet people. I'm a very social person, always up to make new acquaintances (or friends :-) ), I also like to go around all day to discover the most I can about the place I'm visiting.
Loads of laughs and positive attitude are the two things I definitely want to be part of my everyday life !
Environnemental care and the earth's future have been taking a lot of place in my mind for many years now and are omnipresent in my everyday life : these concerns shape my work, my volunteering in NPOs, my way to shop, my way to plan my next travel/ next year/ my life. Therefore I wouldn't say they represent me, but they're definitely a big part of my life. So you're warned, that kind of conversation might very well come up :-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I first experienced it on a bike trip in Bornholm with a friend and I loved the fact that you meet, hang out and learn about complete strangers who welcomed you into their homes and show you unexpeted areas or ways of living. I like the experience it is to live with inhabitants of the place you're visiting.
In short, I'm CSurfing because of what CSurfing is!

Music, Movies, and Books
Although I don't play any instrument (tried, never succeeded), music is a great part of my life, I listen to it all day long. I like so many kinds of music and discovering new styles/ artists/ songs always makes my day better or even happier
I cannot make a top 5 among all the books I loved... Altough Harry Potter books were the love of my childhood, and they would remain in my top list of the books I would take anywhere with me
Three movies I could watch again and again: Edward's scissorhands, V for Vendetta and Mulan
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I had the great luck back in 2016 to do a studies exchange in Copenhagen, Denmark for 6 months. The city, the nature around, the way of living, but mostly the people I met there made these months some of the bests of my life. It completely shaped the way I'm seeing life since then, and some of the moments I had and the friends I made there are forever in my heart - and I make sure they know it - :-)
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to cook with wathever I can find, same thing with DIY : whatever forgotten object/ piece of wood/ papercraft comes into my hand, I'll keep it and will try to make something out of it. I also love to learn new things to do.
I love to listen to stories and talk ! About others lives and hobbies, about my life, about how making our lives a bit better by learning from each other ; about history of where we are and uncommon things to do there ; about the future of our planet, about how reducing our impact on the planet, about books, about music,... I love good chats in general !
