ABOUT ME

Born in Roubaix, far North of France, I Live now for 25 years near or in Montpellier, Languedoc, far south of France.
I have two marvellous children, Catherine, 21, currently in medicine school, and Philippe, 19, in junior high school. They no longer live with me.

I often go on holidays with friends but it is not the best way to meet new people so, sometimes, I prefer to travel alone.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host when it's possible and share my knowledge of Montpellier and the area. I'd like to participate more and become a crew member but it will have to wait (till my retirement ?)

Interests

I'm very interested in many things : having good time with friends, reading, going to the movies, walking (but I'm not tough), making mosaïcs, playing Scrabble (in french), dancing rock and roll...

Eat a fried caterpillar in the London Science Museum.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my knowledge of plants, animals and geology. I can speak french with those who want to.
I enjoy practising foreign languages, even not very well !
I like to share little walks in the open or in the city and marvel at tiny or giant things.
