Hi! I'm Marie from Germany. My biggest trips so far were when I went to New Zealand for a year and traveled through Aussie afterwards. Then, just now, I did an internship with a freelance documentary photographer in Bolivia. I'm on a semester abroad, studying multilingual communications in Cologne.

I'm open minded, like to talk and being with people. I love being active, do stuff outdoors and get to know places from a rather different point of view (all those tourist attractions get annoying sometimes). That's one reason why I'm couchsurfing.
It's so fun to get to know people from all over the world and even better if you're able to keep in touch with them. My next plans for travels are Interrail through Europe, a bike trip along the Western coast of France, visit Lebanon and South East Asia.....

I want to get to know people who are actually living in the country I'm visiting, have good laughs and just an easy, enjoyable time.
