Finish my M.Sc. in Environnental Management :)

ABOUT ME

I'm a dreamy and curious person :)

I enjoy traveling, discovering new places and cultures, meeting new people and sharing experiences with them ! I would visit all the world if I could... In the last years, I've lived one year in Brazil (Recife, PE), and spent 3 months in Australia (Perth).
I'm now back to Montpellier for the last year of my M.Sc. in Environmental Management, so that I don't have so much time at the moment!

I am passionate about marine environment, and I want to work in Marine Ecology area (I'm particularly interested in ecological restoration). One of my dreams is crossing an ocean on a sailboat :)

Cycling and walking are my favourite transports (on land). Another of my dreams is crossing the France hiking (going from Montpellier, to my grandparents place near Tours) !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was arriving in Perth for a 3 month volunteering, I didn't have anywhere to live and didn't know anyone!

Hosted at a colleague's house, where I wasn't really welcome, it was pretty dull... when Claire (my CS host) called me : more than give me a place to stay for 3 days, she really helps me to find my feet and gave me the force to face and to enjoy my new life :D

More than a couch, I have discovered a lovely person and a true friend :)

Interessen

Marine environment activities : walking on the beach, swimming, scuba diving, sailing... I should have been a fish in another life :)

On land, I love hiking and camping in the nature, walking for many days and enjoy my environment and the landscapes. I can't stay inside when I can be outside !

I'm curious about the diferent ways of living and thinking. For example in Brazil I've discovered Capoeira, more than a sport : a culture and a philosophy ! I've also meet with the Xukuru brazilian tribe, and had the opportunity to participate of some of their cults.

I like to listen to music from everywhere, and I like discover new kind of musics !

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music : I love all kind of brass (I used to play trumpet!) I like a lot of musics : jazz, rock, ska, frevo, samba, ...

Movies : "alternative", who talks about simple things or diferent cultures, and I like cartoons too !

Books : I recently read and loved Ken Follet historic novel(Pillars of the Earth...) and Katherine Pancol ! I love adventures' novel like the Treasure Islands from Stevenson :)
