Music, Movies, and Books

Music is lyf. Zeppelin, Smiths, Velvet Underground, Janis Joplin, Bob Dylan, Joy Division, Neil Young, Simon & Garfunkel, Fleetwood Mac, Bowie, Stooges, Hendrix, Roxy Music, Genesis, Pink Floyd, Patti Smith, Nick Cave, Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits, Johnny Cash, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, The Kills, Rage Against the Machine, Queens of the Stone Age, The Dead Weather, The White Stripes and The Raconteurs and well, you know…Jack White…
I love classical music, also. Composers like Chopin, Sibelius, Stravinsky and Shostakovich I deeply admire. I myself play the violin and a little bit of piano.

Movies...Well, "Mandariinid" ("Tangerines"), "Trainspotting", "High Fidelity", the Coen brothers, Tarantino, Kubrick and a bunch of soviet time Estonian and Russian movies (they're genius!).
"Black Books", "Gareth Marenghi's Darkplace", "Trailer Park Boys", "Rick and Morty", "Peep Show" etc. are some killer shows, too.

As for books, Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, Bulgakov, Hesse, Kerouac, Kundera, Remarque, Le Clézio, Lorca, Leonard Cohen and Patti Smith have influenced me the most, not to mention all the wonderful Estonian writers and poets.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saw two cows kiss on a beach in India.
Saw a koala pee while eating AND sleeping.
Snowboarded from Italy to France.
Somewhere in Bali met a guy with dreadlocks to the ground and his friend who looked exactly like Steve Buscemi.
Went to a soviet era pioneer camp in Crimea.
Had a dreadlock done by a strange old man on the early morning streets of Havana.
Fed a kangaroo from the palm of my hand.
Slept under the stars while camping in the South of France.
Oh, and saw Robert Plant live. Robert fucking Plant. Now I can die in peace y'all.
