ABOUT ME

Charles and I are a young couple living in Montreal, Quebec. I am the master student and he is the history teacher. We just moved in a bigger appartment and now we can host people ! We like to discover different cultures, to share and cook meal with people or just have a drink or a tea. We both speak French and English. I speak Spanish and a little Portuguese and Charles is a beginner in Russian.

Marie : I like to laught with people, travel and discover local products. I am concern about the environment and the consumer society.
Charles : I like to travel, experiment different food or beers. I studied Russian history and I have been travelling in Russia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The first time I have couchsurfed, I was travelling in France with my friends. I really enjoy my experience with couchsurfing because we can get beyond touristic landmarks and really appreciate local culture.

Interests

Marie : I like to do yoga especially outside during summer time. Yoga allows to reconnect with ourself and feel calm and relax. I also like biking. During winter, I like ice-skating, and yes sometimes I wish ice could stay longer.

Charles: I play a lot to hockey ball(two times a week, sometimes more). Reading about history and politics is one of my favorite hobby. While the summer, I like to sleep in nature under a tent. I also like to cook.
