ABOUT ME

Most of the time I am a little ball of sunshine. I love adventure (of the non-adrenaline inducing variety) and am a rolling stone. My wonderful community of friends make my world go around, and I seem to be blessed with incredible people wherever I go. I LOVE food; it occupies a good deal of mental real estate and is a major motivator in travel. I do love to cook as well, on my own or with others. I teach yoga because I have so much reverence for how the practice has affected my life. I don't make music myself, but I sure do love listening to others. I can't wipe the huge cheshire cat smile off my face when I dance.

PHILOSOPHY

Love and compost. Lets just all be kind, hug each other as much as we can, and then let each beautiful individual live their one wild and crazy life however they choose to.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new, and already I can't believe I travelled without CS before. I believe in becoming participants rather than observers of the places we travel and the cultures they contain, so I am excited to both hear others stories and share my own. When I am home I would love to host people for a couple of days, show you around when I can, and point you in the right direction when I can't. When I am traveling I would love to meet, chat, be shown around or pointed in the right direction, and I'll definitely sleep on your couch if possible!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've unofficially done it for years - hosted friends of friends of friends, had cyclists camp in my yard, and helped people from other places become more familiar with the places I know. Officially through CS - totally new. But excited to change that.
