We are both biologist, Marie (31) being an apple scientist and Quentin (36) a brainscientist.
We are curious about everything, it helps knowing what makes the world tick !
We don't have any car, so we move only by bike, it's good for the health and for the environment, plus there is no need to look for a parking space in overcrowded citys, any street lamp or barrier will do !
We also have a nice fluffy buddy at home, that goes by the name of Korky (or Gorgy for those that can pronounce it !). He is really cute thus a little shy with the new people.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

We think that traveling is not only about visiting new places, it's also about exchanging with the people. And what's better than couchsurfing for this ? It's the best way to discover new places, avoid touristic places, and make new friends.

Intereses

Being really curious about how everything works lead us trying a lot of things such as :
-Lot of cooking (homemade food such as pasta is the best)
-Growing insects at our place (crickets are really delicious )
-Brewing our own beer (cheap fresh beer at home, yeah !!)
-Changing the interior organization every 2 weeks (the feng-shui apogee is near !)
-Walking the cat outside with a leash (he's an indoor cat, and he loves it !)
-Crafting potery with concrete (a bit heavy, but fun !)
-Fixing old stuff to extend their lives or give them a new use (transforming an old pair of headphones into a new bluetooth ones !)
-Finding food such as plants in the wood for the cooking
In short, we love DIY !
We are also fond of nature, it'd be great if we could still have some left for our childrens...

Quentin is passionated with informatic and electronics, he is always fixing or adding new functionnalitys to old equipment... As a biologist he is always happy about sharing what he knows !
