ABOUT ME

For me it's always a bit strange to write about me. But I think that's not only my problem...
What I really like are people. At the moment I'm working in four different jobs and in every of these jobs communication and cooperation are the most important and precious things. empathy and listening, seeing even small differences and changes in the environment and people are qualities, which means a lot to me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't know what I can write here, I think everything sounds kind of corny, kitschy and like a platitude.

But of course: hospitality is meaningful in (modern) live and the best way to learn about other cultures and get into contact with people from all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed at couches in granada, barcelona, naples, rome.
The experiences were quite different, some hosts were really engaged and spent a lot of time with me, others needed to work and hadn't (of course) got a lot of time or energy. But all things considered I had a good time.

兴趣

At the moment I'm pretty lazy, but (especially in wintertime) I love to cook. Really simple food, with few but good ingredients I like the most. My grandma is italien, that is also a reason why I love italien recipes so much.
Me and my flatmates are members in a CSA (community supported agriculture), that means that I like the ideas of solidary and sustainable agriculture. Also Re-/ and Upcycling, DIY Culture is part of my life.
I like films, in particular I'm interested in longterm Documentaries, in which the Director follows the Protagnist(s) over years.
In Berlin I'm riding every day with my bike (which I adore) to work and I need music. The music, that I'm listeniing to is very mixed: Indy, electronic, piano, pop, rock....(at the moment: PELbO, Bibio, Analogika,...).
I want to learn more about Gender Theory.
