About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I received a grant to travel around the U.S., making paintings relating to the American relationship to landscape
ABOUT ME
I'm a student of fine arts, and of most other things, too. I have fun having fun(!!!!!) but I can also have fun not having fun. I like spending time with little kids as much as I like spending time with grandma as much as I like spending time with people my own age. I'm patient and easy going, and while always holding my own note I tend to keep with the rhythm of the people around me, whether fast or slow, steady or syncopated. I'll probably laugh at your jokes, but if not I'll give you an epic high-five for trying.
I like to take my time seeing places and people, happily knowing that at this rate I'll never see it all (I'll hopefully see a lot of a little of it).
I think we'll probably like each other.
PHILOSOPHY
I find that when you expect the best of a person (or a place, or a thing) and they in turn expect the best of you, things work out pretty nicely. I try always to be my best, and to help others be their best.
"Things are neither good nor bad, but thinking make's it so", so think things good, and make it so.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A fisherman on Paros caught a sparrow and gently placed it into my cupped hands. I held it for a bit, then let it go because it felt like the right and most romantic thing to do. He was frustrated with me, having wanted to feed it to his cat.
