ABOUT ME

I'm a 26 year old girl, with a full time office job, living with 2 roommates (a couple) in a flat very close to the city center. I've been living in this city for about 7 years. I'm not a expert tour guide, but I can definitely show you around for starters!
I am a vegetarian (since very very recently). I have no problem with other people eating meat or fish.

PHILOSOPHY

When life gives you a lemon, you have to ask "what else do you have?".
I used to say that a lot when I was a teen, but now I just don't know what's the meaning exactly.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to volunteer in all sorts of organisations, events... In a way hosting couchsurfers is like volunteering. I take it seriously, and I hope I'll be good at it (the whole giving-receiving trick)!
I'm up to meet people anytime.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I lived in 4 different places during my EVS time in Rustavi. The last 2 were bigger, and we (me and other volunteers) hosted many couchsurfers and fellow volunteers from Caucasus beyond & : China, Turkey, Canada, USA, France, Czech Republic, Poland, Luxemburg, Azerbaidjan, Armenia, Switzerland ...

Movies : my favorite is "Julie & Julia" : french food + Meryl Streep. I mean, what else? Anytype, any period really, maybe not so much horror style.
Music : rock, pop & electro mainly. Majestic casual on youtube and all that ...
TV Shows : game of thrones, skins, downton abbey, (& a lot more)...
Books : not much of a reader sadly

My one year of EVS was the best of my life so far. I have met brothers and sisters there! And it has given me the empowerement to overcome my fears and go see the world.

To teach : pole dance! (I am only a beginner though) awesome vegetarian lasagna recipe, creative upcycling, ...

To learn : anything really. New recipes, new languages, new lifestyles!
