About Me
This is a tricky one!
It seems like I'm in a constant struggle between wanting to get out of my comfort-zone and wanting to be cosy.
And travel seems to be a great answer to this feeling.
I enjoy meeting people, but I am also happy on my own sometimes.
Things l like:
- Hand written notes
- The smell of petrichor
- Using words like petrichor
- Eating outside
- Turning over the pillow to the fresh side in the morning
Things I don't like:
- Wearing wet socks
- Chewing noises
- Lacking purpose
- Our lack of responsibility when it comes to global warming and social injustice
May the wind under your wings bear you where the sun sails and the moon walks.
- J.R.R. Tolkien, The Hobbit,
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like the idea of sharing my home with people who pass through my city.
As I love my city, I enjoy showing people around, telling stories, sharing history and showing secret spots in the city.
When travelling, the best experiences have always been shared with people!
