I was born and raised in the beautiful green heart of Germany, Thuringia.
During my studies, I did an awesome Erasmus semester in Holland (Vlissingen, Zeeland).
From there, I went to work for the German Canadian Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Toronto, Canada.
While working, I felt I didn't study enough yet and therefore enrolled for a master program in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. Fantastic year! Over too soon!
In 2009, the "real life" started when I moved to Berlin working for Deutsche Bahn.
Until now, Berlin won my heart and I cannot imagine to live somewhere else permanently.
Travelling around, however, is always a great option!

In 2012, I got to know my future husband.
How? We bumped into each other at the train station of Berlin Alexanderplatz.
That's the very place where love story of the German girl and the Brazilian guy began.
After visiting each other forth and back, in 2015 we eventually got married!
In 2016, we became the proudest parents on earth.
Now, we would like to travel the world together with our little Theo.

We hosted quite a few couchsurfers from e.g. Chile or Brazil in our flat in Berlin (contact via Daniels profile) and it was always great fun! We showed them the city, went to cultural highlights or typical Berlin parties.

When we are going to travel the world, we would be blessed to meet new friends by staying at their place and enjoying their great company.
