Overview
About Me
My name is Sol and I come from Argentina, but I'm currently living in Germany.
I studied cinematography in Buenos Aires and now I've just finished my master in Media Studies in Braunschweig.
However, I have been working as a director of photography and photographer for the last 10 years . In my profile you won't find lots of picutres of me because I'am usually the one taking them :)
Besides film and photography I love learning languages. Which I would say is one of my hobbies. I find them interessting not only to use them to communicate but also to understand the different cultures. I think that behind every grammatic rule or idiom a society is reflected.
I'm a very outgoing, friendly and openminded person. I consider myself funny but I have a very dry ironic sense of humor, which I know it can be sometimes weird.
If you ever want to see a small city in Germany which used to be the capital of an medival realm, just write me a message!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love travelling and getting to know new people. I have been a memeber of the CS communty for almost 10 years now. I used it not only to host or be hosted, but also to just get to know people.
What I love most about CS is the possibility to get to know the real people that live in the real places. Thanks to them I have the chance to get to feel what is like to be from that place. When I travel I do not want to see things, but experience them, and what a better way to do that, that with CS.
