I'm studying journalism and mass communication in Krakow (Poland), but originally I'm from Lviv (Ukraine). As I now live in the dorm with my friend, there is no possibility for me to host people, but I am always happy to meet foreigners and I can serve you as a guide whether you want to visit Krakow or Lviv.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have already been hosted by some very nice people from Slovakia, Austria, Croatia and France, but usually my friend found us a couchsurfers, that's why my profile is so brand new.
I decided to creat my personal profile, as I dream to start traveling alone and also I am always glad to meet new people around the globe.

Interests

Except of journalism I am also trying myself as a photographer (mostly I make portraits or reportages). I love to dance and to do some sports, to watch a lot of films, to learn new languages and of course my big passion is traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly I listen to alternative, indie and electronic rock music, also love classic and jazz music. Pop and hip hop is also ok :)

Favorite Movies - too complicated question, I've saw a lot of them.

Favorite Books - I enjoy philosophical, historical and dystopian novels. One of the best: Franz Kafka almost all books; Kobo Abe "Woman in the dunes"; George Orwell "1984"; Patrick Süskind "Perfume: The Story of a Murderer".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I've decided to become a vegetarian and I've made it. Now it's almost 2 years since I don't eat meat.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you slavic languages, as I know at least 3 of them. Also I can share with you some basic knowledge of photography or writing texts.
Some day I hope to learn a cosmology and german language (not sure yet what is more complicated).
I can share with you a bottle of good wine or a strong beer in some nice place in Krakow.
