Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Observing, learning and dreaming.
ABOUT ME
Raised in Prague, yet preferring life in the smaller city of Budweiss, surrounded by friends, ponds, fields and forests. Biology student and researcher. Combining a strong need of freedom with sticking to traditions (e.g. family). Appreciates good beer as well as good wine. * I am trying to keep optimistic and cheerful, though I am not denying the burden of our lifes.
PHILOSOPHY
I love my life too much to waste my time with misery.
*
If you cease to dream you cease to live.
*
Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all. (Helen Keller, The Open Door.)
*
That which does not kill us makes us stronger.
*
Wear your Tuesday socks on Friday! Yeah! Screw the system!

Music, Movies, and Books
Too many of them... haphasardly: Ursula le Guin, N. K. Jemisin, Chaim Potok. Tolkien, of course! but that is a loong long time ago - I was teenage when falling crazy for him. Smilla's Sense of Snow; but not all other books of that author. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time. Landscape And Memory by Simon Schama. Movies: Lost in Translation, Secretary, the STALKER (Tarkovsky). Nolan's movies and the 007 - the last was brilliant ;). Music: Leonard Cohen, Eric Clapton, La Rue Ketanou, Pink, Balcan Gipsies and their brass storms, many soundracks (Django is a marvell...)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was lucky to live a rich life. I am grateful for that.
Saw lava flowing into the sea.
Form time to time, I am riding my father's bike through the corridors of our Biology Centre's building. Once I climbed a fence with it!
Amazing Thing I am seeing on a daily basis - my family and my friends. Always amazed to have them around in the way they do.
Teach, Learn, Share
How much can you teach, learn and share in one day or two? it will always depend on both, not on what I write here.
