I’m a 20 year old girl from Belgrade, but I'm living in Amsterdam and studying English literature at university. I was an AFS exchange student in Essen, Germany 2016/17 and later volunteered for AFS Serbia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve hosted a few people in my home over my exchange organization and always had positive experiences. I’ve had people from Italy, Germany, Thailand, Bosnia, and the USA stay at my place and it’s always been very fun. I loved how much you can learn about another culture but also be able to see your own through another person’s eyes.
Right now I am unfortunately not able to host anyone, but I’m always planning my next trip and so I hope I can find someone to host me. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

My music tastes are always changing but right now some of my favorite artists are Arctic Monkeys, Panic! at the Disco, Lana del Rey, Lorde and Troye Sivan.
I love all kinds of movies - from the latest Marvel film to old black and white movies. And I also read a lot of different genres and am always happy to find someone to talk to about my favorite books and get new recommendations.

I’m not much of a cook but I can make pretty good pancakes. If you want to have long talks about books, movies or tv shows then I’m your girl. I can also tell you some things about my country and culture and maybe even teach you some Serbian.
